What are InfoPath forms?

It is a server technology of Windows SharePoint services 3.0 as an ASP .NET version. The users can fill out Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007 forms by using a web browser. The user can access forms and it also provides a central location to store and manage form templates.

This requires a Server enabled to run SharePoint 2010 and a relevant license to access the form and use various functionalities.
